Phil and Kathy came over with Alex tonight, pitched yeast at 86F. 1.140 = 18 ½% potential alcohol . Just came back from Placerville, Snooz and Ross moved from the big island last week. Cooked up for 15 mins. 10/4/03 racked out fruit 5.2% sugar. 10/16/03 20 second bubble. Racked 11/30/03 forgot to write sugar gravity content. Bottled 8/6/04 after work 1.016 = 1.9% residual sugar 16.6% alcohol
