Results Synopsis:I chose this batch for our 24 year wedding anniversary and camping trip to the O-Zone for initial taste partly because the doctor and I have been sampling wines lately. This batch has a nice wine like cut through the middle but it still retains a distinct mead quality. It tastes dryer than the residual sugar suggests. A nice all nighter for us by the fire on an excellent weekend without rain. Nice clear earthen red colour and a dry grape nose comes through from the locally made blown glass limped vessel. Some sediment was evident in the glass the next afternoon.
