Results Synopsis:The first time I poured this beautiful batch was around 1am April 29th 2011 for the royal wedding of Prince William and Kathrine Middleton. Nancy & I sipped it slowly all night and found it seemed to show quite a lot of blue flavour without being too sweet. This batch has an excellent balance and is fit for a royal wedding. A beautiful reddish tone and a fresh blueberry nose contributes to this lovely melomel served at Kirkwood cellar temperature.
