Results Synopsis:4-15-2011 I regret to type this just now that this is a beautiful batch of mead, I am just finishing an entire 22 oz. bottle tonight and it is not even aged out 3 years. I'm sipping from a Roseville (pottery) mug tonight and the ancients may be right that mead tastes the best from a pottery drinking vessel. Tomorrow is Saturday, a day off work for me - I'll just cut the grass here at Kirkwood and then start the painting project upstairs in the guest suite. Maybe one day you too will have to stay over up stairs in this guest suite. Please be prepared the next morning for my questions about the paint colors. This mead is quite dry, with only floral deep flavors of strawberry. I'm still typing so it is not punch drunk quality.
