Results Synopsis: | Nice light amber color through waterford crystal, slightly leggy and buttery smooth. This pear/rhubarb is an unusual cast of fruit with obviously pear up front and rhubarb finish. This mead has flavors of bubble gum, guava, and a lemon/lime finish. There's also a slight pear skin quality that shows just after you swallow. |
