Results Synopsis:This batch was made without knowledge of what I later learned was also referred to as drinkable honey. This mead is for building pyramids. It is extremely sweet, and can make your face red from all the residual sugars, the color is a sweet golden yellow and this is also a batch I froze to reduce out the water without much luck.
