Clover honey, yeast nutrient, Gypsum, Irish moss, Dry mead yeast. Boiled for about 20 minutes - It boiled over ! Yikes!! Damn, what a mess. . . I was talking on the phone with my dear friend Doug and bam it happened. I activated the yeast at the Cellar shop yesterday and pitched today 1.102 = 13½ potential .
2/17/95 racked out fruit 1.020 = 2¼%
3/25/95 racked again 1.015 = 1½% residual sugar 13% alcohol clear and clean, I'll bottle soon.
4/1/95 bottled. Clear, clean, great.
